
During track and field season, Hopkinsville freshman Tyson Cavinder began running every day to help prepare for the fall cross country season. And he hasn’t stopped.
Saturday’s Christian County Season Opener marked the 80th straight day Cavinder has put in a workout. Some runs are longer than others but all of them are helping him take precious seconds off his time as he looks to compete in Class 2A this season for the first time.
