Last year, TayShaun Linton recorded 13.5 sacks on his way to the Trigg County single-season record.
Saturday against Barren County, the Wildcat senior etched his name into the record book a second time. His third-quarter sack of Barren County’s Tate Spillman put him at 17.5 sacks for his career and moved him past Jason Wilson (1986-89) as Trigg County’s all-time leader.
