
Michael Webb’s second place finish led the Christian County Colonels cross country team to a sixth place finish Saturday at the Calloway County Invitational.
Webb completed the 3.1-mile course in 18:16.
Paducah Tilghman’s Liam Black won the race in 17:48.
Wyatt Fleming finished 16th for the Colonels with a time of 19:17. Cayden Cline was 32nd in 20:16, and Hector Munoz finished in 42nd place with a clocking of 20:57.
Also racing for the Colonels were Rex Taggart, who finished 55th, and Joseph Parker, who was 56th. Aiden Knepper rounded out the scoring for Christian County with a 66th-place finish.
As a team, Christian County totaled 138 points to finish in 6th place, seven points behind fifth place Warren East and eight points behind fourth place McCracken County.
Paducah Tilghman won the team title with 92 points.
