
After opening the season 0-6, the Lyon County Lyons have gone 2-1-1 in their last four matches.
That includes a 2-0 triumph at Logan County Saturday night.
The teams battled to a scoreless draw for over a half before the Lyons found the net for the first time.
Zach Radivonyk broke through and scored the first goal of the game for Lyon.
Deven Guess later broke away and scored the second goal to give the Lyons some breathing room.
The Lyon defensive backs were able to shut down the Logan offense.
It was the first shutout of the season for Lyon goalkeeper Jackson Crawford, who finished the night with 11 saves.
Logan County is now 4-8.
