Lilly Perry brought home a top-15 finish from the All A Classic State Golf Tournament held Saturday in Richmond.
Perry’s finish came at the Arlington Golf Club course in Richmond at the same time older brother Travis was finishing 14th in the boys’ All A tournament across town at Gibson Bay.
The Lyon County junior improved throughout her round to shoot a 48 on the front nine and a 46 on the back for a score of 94, good for 15th place in her first season of competitive golf for the Lady Lyons.
Ballard Memorial’s Madison Glisson won her second straight All A Classic state title with a 4-under-par 68.
Freshman Brenna Breitrick shot a 104 to finish in a tie for 34th place. It was the first All A state appearance for both Perry and Breitrick.
