The Todd County Lady Rebels extended their volleyball winning streak over the Russellville Lady Panthers Tuesday night. The Lady Rebels rolled to a straight-set win, their 14th in a row over the Lady Panthers.
Todd County Central controlled the match from the outset, holding the Lady Panthers to under 10 points in each set.
The Lady Rebels won the opening set 25-8 and followed that up with a 25-9 win in the second set to go up two sets to none.
Todd County Central almost pitched a shutout in the third set, winning 25-3 to complete the sweep of the match.
Lynnlee Jones led the way for the Lady Rebels at the net, finishing with 8 kills. She also had two service aces.
Chloe Willis finished the night with 8 assists. Shelby Holderman added 5 of her own.
The Lady Rebels improve to 8-9 with the win. They now get a week off to get ready for a return match against Logan County. The Lady Cougars swept the Lady Rebels earlier this season in Elkton.
