
Ava Colburn is a silent assassin. She isn’t the most vocal leader for University Heights Heights Academy’s soccer team but she leads by example — both on the field and in the classroom.
She had some catching up to do coming out of the summer after spending three weeks at the Governor’s Scholars Program. However, she acclimated quickly and has spearheaded a UHA defense that has five clean sheets in eight outings.
