Jenkins Leads Colonel Golfers at Region Tourney (w/PHOTOS)

The Christian County Colonels finished in 15^th place at the Region 2 Golf Tournament Tuesday at Ben Hawes State Park in Owensboro.

Jacob Jenkins led the Colonels with a round of 87. Drew Fincham and Tay Martinez both came in with an 89. Talan Ezell shot a 98, and Ricky Bewer shot a 102.

Christian County’s team score of 363 was eight points behind 14^th place University Heights Academy.

Ohio County’s Seth Moore won the individual title with a 1-under-par 70, helping the Eagles to a two-shot team title over Madisonville.
