This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is Hopkinsville High School’s Nickolaus Klar. He was selected based on his performance in the Tigers’ 1-0 8th District soccer win over crosstown rival Christian County.
Klar’s goal off a cross from Gavin Harton in the 78th minute was the only goal scored in the match. The goal was Klar’s fifth of the season.
The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County based on their performance in a big game that week.
