The road was not a kind place to be for the Christian County Lady Colonels Monday night. The Lady Colonels traveled to the northern end of the 2nd Region for a matchup against Henderson County.
Turned out the northern Lady Colonels would have the better of things in this one, controlling the match from the beginning and limiting the scoring chances for the southern Lady Colonels as Henderson County claimed a 10-0 win.
The loss was the third straight for Christian County and the seventh time this season the Lady Colonels have been shut out.
For Henderson County, it was the third win in their last four matches.
Christian County drops to 6-11 with the loss. The Lady Colonels will be back in action Tuesday night on the road at Russellville.
