Logan County Blanks Wildcats 3-0

Logan County made two first half goals stand up Monday as they handed Trigg County a 3-0 loss Monday at Josh Nichols Field.

After a four-game losing streak, the Cougars have won two of three.

Matteo Accorsi’s fifth goal of the season in the fifth minute put Logan ahead 1-0.

Luis Ojeda added a goal in the 20^th minute and Daniels Dawson added his 20^th goal of the season in the second half.

Trigg County fell to 1-9-1 with its fifth straight loss. The offense has been hard to come by during that stretch, with four shutouts in five losses.

Trigg County closes out the regular season Tuesday night against Todd County Central.
