Caldwell County’s guys had won four of their last five matches, but struggled to mount much of an offensive attack against Paducah Tilghman on Monday.
The Blue Tornado put up two goals in the first half and went on to beat the Tigers 5-0 at Butler Stadium in Princeton.
Mason Atnip and Russell Hancock each had two goals for Tilghman while Dawson Black added a goal.
The Blue Tornado is now 4-7-2.
Caldwell’s record is 6-9.
The Tigers will take on Fort Campbell Tuesday for Senior Night at Butler Stadium. The guys will play first in a varsity doubleheader with the girls.
