The Todd County Central Lady Rebels now turn their attention to the soccer postseason as they finished out the regular season Saturday. The Lady Rebel defense allowed just one goal, but the offense could not find the net as they dropped a 1-0 decision at Mayfield.
The win ended an eight-match losing streak for the Lady Cardinals.
The Lady Rebels had their chances, getting off 19 shots on the day. Melanie Chamberlaine had 10 of the shots for Todd Central. Haylee Chamberlaine and Jaidyn Holland added three shots each.
Yasmine Garcia and Darby Delph combined for five saves in goal.
The Lady Rebels finish the regular season at 7-7-1.
Todd County Central begins district tournament play Monday evening when they take on Franklin-Simpson at Logan County High School.
