Caldwell County and Hopkins County Central went to a penalty-kick shootout Tuesday night in the girls’ 7th District tournament in Mortons Gap.
The teams were still tied 3-3 through five PKs.
Hopkins Central finally won the match on its seventh penalty kick, taking the shootout 4-3 to deal the Lady Tigers a 1-0 loss in the semifinal matchup.
