Colonels Take 21st Place at Daviess County Classic

The Christian County Colonels took 21^st place at Saturday’s Daviess County Cross Country Classic.

Michael Webb led the Colonel runners with a 47th-place finish in 17:46. It was his second-fastest time of the season.

Cayden Cline came in 59^th place in a personal best time of 17:58 with Hector Munoz racking up a 145^th place finish in 19:35. Rex Taggart was 153^rd in 19:41 and Joseph Parker was 170^th in 19:53. Munoz, Taggart, and Parker all recorded personal best times.

Aiden Knepper was 216^th in 20:47 and Wyatt Fleming was 226^th in 21:03.

John Hardin’s Brendan Nagle won the race in a time of 15:36 at Owensboro’s Yellow Creek Park in 18:16. The course will be the site of the Region 1 meet in all three classes on October 21.
