Not only did Taylor Morris run a personal best time at the region cross country meet, but she also became the first Christian County Lady Colonel runner to qualify for the state meet in eight years.
As she gets ready for Saturday’s state meet in Lexington, Morris is focused on taking her time even lower as she approaches the school record time of 20:40.
