Puraty Paces Fort Campbell at 1A State Meet (w/PHOTOS)

Seth Puraty’s 52nd-place finish paced the Fort Campbell cross country team at Saturday’s Class 1A state meet in Lexington.

The Falcon sophomore completed the rolling 3.1-mile course at the Kentucky Horse Park in 18:29.

Ryker Kramer came in 77th place in 19:01, and Jeffrey Perry was 81st in 19:04.

The next four across the finish line for Fort Campbell were Andy Cintron in 153rd place (20:49); Jayden Perry in 171st place (21:17); Jackson Evans in 180th place (21:32); and John Tyler Ford in 206th place (22:12).

As a team, Fort Campbell finished in 15th place with 466 points, seven fewer than 16th place Green County and 17 points behind 14th place Walton Verona.
