Lyon County senior Brady Shoulders will be a Skyhawk.
Shoulders made the announcement Thursday on social media that he will play college basketball at Tennessee Martin.
The versatile 6-foot-6 Shoulders averaged a double-double last season as the Lyons went 31-6 and won the 2nd Region championship for the second straight season.
Playing alongside guard Travis Perry, who became the state’s all-time leading scorer last season, Shoulders was a vital cog in Lyon’s success, scoring 17.9 points a game while averaging 11.1 rebounds a night.
Shoulders shot 51.5 percent from the floor, including 35.9 percent from 3-point range.
He also delivered several highlight-reel dunks on Lyon’s run to the Sweet 16.
Shoulders chose UT Martin over Air Force, Kentucky Wesleyan College and Trevecca Nazarene University.
Tennessee Martin went 19-14 last season and reached the Ohio Valley Conference semifinals.
The Skyhawks have been tabbed fourth in the OVC this season behind Morehead State, SIU Edwardsville and Tennessee State.
