Following their 118-82 victory over Marshall, the Kentucky men’s basketball improved to 5-1 on the season. Their 118 points marked a new single-game high for their young season and their 69 points in the first half set a team record for most points in a single half at Rupp Arena. Kentucky shot better than 60% from the field, 59% from behind the arc and had 27 assists to just nine turnovers. The Wildcats also made better than 80% of their free throws. It was a full-on clinic of offense for head coach John Calipari and his team. Kentucky will next take the court on Tuesday when they host Miami. That game is scheduled for 7:30 PM ET on ESPN.

This team with reps and time is getting better right in front of our eyes. This is amazing that where getting to experience this. Just imagine when Justin and DJ shake off those freshmen jitters it’s about to get ugly for opposing teams sheesh.
