Make it two wins in a row and three in the last four games for the Todd County Central Rebels. The Rebels got big games from Jamison Glass and Keshawn Moore as they outlasted Clinton County 67-64 in double overtime in the Don Franklin Barren Hoops Classic at Barren County High School.
The first quarter was all Bulldogs as Clinton County jumped out to a 20-10 lead. The Rebels then returned the favor and then some in the second, outscoring the Bulldogs 20-6 to take a 30-26 halftime lead.
Clinton County rallied in the third quarter. The Bulldog defense limited the Rebels to 12 point as Clinton County came back to take a 43-42 lead into the final quarter.
Neither team was able to get much going in the fourth quarter, but the Rebels found enough offense to even the score at 52-52.
The two teams were tied at 58-58 after the first extra period.
Jamison Glass then asserted himself in the overtimes, scoring 12 of his 29 points after the end of regulation.
In addition to Glass’ 29 points, Keshawn Moore finished the day with 20 points for Todd County Central.
Cannon Young was the leading scorer for Clinton County with 22 points.
Todd County Central (3-3) travels to Warren East to take on the Raiders Monday evening.
