The UHA Track & Field team had several outstanding performances at their first indoor track meet of the season. The Blazers took five athletes to the University of Louisville for the annual MLK Indoor Invitational
Griffin McCoy with a time of 7.48 and Logan Miller with a 7.89 both posted indoor personal records in the 60-meter dash.
Miller also ran an indoor track personal best in the 400m with a time of 1:00.68.
In another solid race, McCoy ran a fast 200 meters at 23.79.
In the shot, Aaron Onate opens up the indoor season with a 39’1” throw.
Freshman Jude Finch ran a 2:36 in the 800-meter run.
And, 7th grader Graham Conrad finished with a time of 1:07.7 in his first indoor meet in the 400-meter dash.
