The search for a new head football coach at Christian County High School has apparently reached its conclusion. School officials have set a media conference for Tuesday afternoon to make the official announcement of the new hire.
Zach Self, had served as ‘interim’ coach of the team since taking over for Blake Ladson during the 2022 season.
The decision to conduct a search for the position came after the district announced there would be no ‘early’ consolidation of athletics ahead of the opening for the new Christian County High School.
The announcement of the new head coach is set for 2pm Tuesday afternoon in the Christian County High School Media Center.
