Glass Scores 26 as Rebels Roll Past Patriots in Home Finale (w/PHOTOS)

Another big night from Jamison Glass turned out to be the key for the Todd County Central Rebels in their home finale Thursday night. Glass scored 26 points as Todd County Central cruised to a 62-44 win over Allen County-Scottsville.

Early in the game, the Rebel defense was the story. Todd County Central limited the Patriots to just 8 first-quarter points as the Rebels took a 13-8 lead.

The Todd County Central offense then got clicking in the second quarter. With Devin Schutt, Jamison Glass, and Haydon Strader providing the spark, the Rebels put 20 points on the board and pushed the lead out to 33-19 at the half.

With the Rebels holding a double-digit lead, it was Jamison Glass time in the second half as the Rebels did what they needed to in claiming their 13th win of the season. Glass scored 19 points in the second half as Todd County Central was able to hold the Patriots at bay.

The Rebels would lead 48-32 as the game entered the final quarter. From there, Todd County Central rode it out to the final 18-point margin.

In addition to Glass’ 26 points, Haydon Strader finished the game with 11 points, while Keshawn Moore added 8 points.

Allen County-Scottsville was paced by Robert Robeldo with 16 points. Chase Ross and Blayne Tracy added 10 points each.

The Rebels go to 13-14 on the season and will have the chance to get back to .500 as they travel to Cadiz Friday night to take on Trigg County in the regular season finale.
