The tennis teams from Hopkins County Central traveled to Ruff Park Tuesday on a brisk afternoon to take on the University Heights Academy Blazers and Lady Blazers and came away with a pair of team match wins. The Storm won 2-1 while the Lady Storm took a 7-2 team win.
In the boys’ match, the Storm and the Blazers split the two singles matches. Hopkins County Central then took the doubles match to claim the team win.
On the girls’ side, the Lady Storm won 5 of the 7 singles matches and swept the two doubles matches.
