This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of March 25 is Fort Campbell’s Michael Anderson. Anderson was selected based on his performance in the Falcons’ March 29 8th District win over Heritage Christian Academy.
Michael went all five innings on the mound, giving up just one run on two hits as the Falcons rolled to a 14-1 win. He struck out five and walked two. The win was Fort Campbell’s first district baseball win since the 2012 season.
The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Christian County, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game for their team that week.
