Here’s a defensive Max’s Moment for you.
With Christian County and Caldwell County tied at 11 in the top of the seventh, Christian County’s Avery Adcock sent a rocket into centerfield that sent the go-ahead run toward home. Caldwell’s Tink Clark got the ball to Alicia Stanley who spun and threw for Carlee Palm to cut down the runner at the plate.
It proved to be a pivotal play as Caldwell won in the home half of the seventh inning. It is also a Max’s Moment.
