Caldwell County’s Channing Puckett drove in an insurance run for the Tigers in the bottom of the sixth inning during Saturday’s win over Daviess County.
Caldwell beat Daviess 6-1 and later defeated St. Joseph (Missouri) Lafayette 7-3 in action in the Dinger Wood Bat Classic at Marshall County and Graves County.
