Lyon County junior pitcher Eli Baker threw a no-hitter on Friday as the Lyons routed Crittenden County 21-0 in the 2nd Region All A Classic championship game.
But the first thing Baker wanted to talk about after the game was inspirational messages from Lyon coaches, including basketball assistant coach Tom Rooyakkers.
Lyon advances to the sectional round in the All A Classic, and will host Carlisle County Friday night for the right to advance to the state tournament in Richmond later this month.
YSE caught up with Baker after the regional championship game and asked him about his no-hitter.
