The Caldwell County Tigers came in sixth place at the Coach Johnson Memorial Classic at Fort Campbell on Saturday.
The Tigers scored 69 points to finish nine points ahead of seventh place University Heights Academy and nine points behind fifth place West Creek.
Caldwell had a pair of first place finishes in the field events.
Max Heaton won the pole vault at 8 feet, 6 inches, setting a new school record in the process. He also finished third in the triple jump at 39-5 and was fifth in the 300-meter hurdles in 45.94.
Cooper Mobley won the discus throw with a heave of 133-7. He also won the shot put with a toss of 46-3.
Timothy Nichols was fourth in the triple jump at 37-9 and was 11th in the long jump at 18-7.
Daniel Laurent was fifth in the shot put at 40-3 and was seventh in the discus throw at 119-4.
Jackson Risley was sixth in the high jump at 5-4, seventh in the triple jump (35-2), and 12th in the 300-meter hurdles in 48.78.
Xvaier Lee was seventh in the long jump at 19-2.50 and 23rd in the 200-meter run (24.88).
Layton Wall was 12th in the 3200-meter run in 13:01.93.
Luke Maddox was 15th in the 200 meters (24.21) and 16th in the 100-meter dash (12.08).
Charles Ray was 16th in the 400-meter dash in 59.71 seconds.
Jacob Forsythe was 17th in the 300-meter hurdles in 54.83.
Hoayang Wu came in 17th place in the 800-meter run (2:32.70).
Alexander Sample was 19th in the discus throw at 93-2 and 20th in the shot put (29-8).
Matthew Elrod was 22nd in the 400-meter dash in 1:04.79.
Gus Fox was 23rd in the long jump at 14-11.50.
ZyQuarius Rollins was 23rd in the 100-meter dash in 12.66 seconds.
James Phelps was 23rd in the 1600-meter run in 6:17.16.
Weston Lee was 27th in the 100 meters in 13.47 seconds and 31st in the 200-meter dash (28.43).
The 3200-meter relay team came in fifth place in 10:11.88. So did the 800-meter relay team with a time of 1:34.80. Also coming in fifth was the 400-meter relay team in 45.91 seconds.
The 1600-meter relay team was eighth in the 1600-meter relay in 3:56.89.
