This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of April 15 is University Heights Academy’s Josh Pace. Pace was selected based on his performance in the Blazer’s come-from-behind 8th District win over the Christian County Colonels on April 19 on the Colonels’ home field.

Pace played a big part in the UHA rally to get to the lead late in the game. He finished the night 2-4 at the plate with a double, an RBI, and a run scored.

He also spent three innings on the mound and came up with two strikeouts.

The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Christian County, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game for their team that week.
