Smiles were in abundance around the Dawson Springs Lady Panthers’ dugout Thursday night as the Lady Panthers ended a nearly five-year, 81-game losing streak with a 19-9 win over the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers. Maddie Back, Kyleigh Vinson, and Graclyn Haynes were all 7th graders on the roster the last time that Dawson Springs won a game in May 2019.
The trio spoke with YSE after the game with smiles all around.
