The Lyon County Lyons got a massive sendoff from the schools and the community Friday morning in Eddyville.
The Lyon baseball team is headed to Richmond, where it will play in the state All A Classic, starting with quarterfinal round action Saturday afternoon against Wolfe County.
The semifinals and final will be played on Sunday on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University.
The Lyons will stop in Elizabethtown for a practice session on their way to Richmond.
