The Caldwell County Tiger football team finished up spring drills this week.
Players who were not competing on spring sports teams turned out for practice sessions, with the team working on fundamental drills. However, the football squad was able to have some drills in full pads.
If you’re looking ahead, Caldwell’s first football scrimmage is Aug. 9 at Hancock County.
The 2024 regular season will begin at home on Aug. 23 against Hopkins County Central.
