Eli Moore and Parker Hagewood will be the first Trigg County Middle School fishing team to compete at the KHSAA State Bass Fishing Tournament this weekend. The pair caught five fish at the region tourney and tipped the scales at 12 pounds, 11 ounces, which was good for a ninth place finish.
They are hoping for two full bags of fish again on Kentucky Lake this weekend.
