Emmie Underwood took the 800-meter run and Fort Campbell had three relay teams place first as the Lady Falcons turned in a third-place finish at the Caldwell County Final Flight Invitational.
Underwood claimed the 800 by more than 6 seconds with a time of 2:34.64.
That helped the Lady Falcons total 96 points in Saturday’s meet. Caldwell was first with 147 points while Ballard Memorial was runner-up with 126. Crittenden County finished fourth with 89 points followed by Madisonville-North Hopkins with 66.
Fort Campbell’s 4×200 team of Alexa Aubuchon, Lillianah Dewitt, Chanelle Fobbs and Zyaziah Langley was first in 1:50.70.
The 4×400 squad of Langley, Dewitt, Abigail Allen and Fobbs won its event in 4:28.74.
The 4×800 team of Makayla Finn, Underwood, Grace Stultz and Ava Roberts was first in 10:59.52.
Fort Campbell’s 4×100 team was fourth in 54.32 seconds. Members of that squad are Dewitt, Fobbs, Langley and Desirae Rammarain.
Fobbs turned in a second-place finish in the 100 dash in 13.34 seconds, just .02 seconds behind the winner.
Dewitt was second in the 200 dash in 26.82 seconds, only .01 seconds out of first.
Stultz placed third in the 800-meter run in 2:42.53.
Cassidy Lawrence was fourth in the discus at 77 feet, 4.5 inches.
Cheyenne Enlow finished fourth in the javelin at 48 feet, 9 inches.
Aubuchon was fifth in the 200 in 30.55 seconds.
A’Mya Vincente was sixth in the 800 run in 2:51.42.
Lawrence took sixth in the javelin at 45 feet, 2 inches.
Rammarain was eighth in the 400 dash in 1:16.43.
Bella Green was sixth in the triple jump at 28 feet, 10 inches.
Tatyana Silva-Warren was seventh in the triple jump at 25 feet, 8 inches.
Green was eighth in the long jump at 13 feet, 3 inches.
Coming up this Saturday, Fort Campbell will compete in the Class A 1st Region track meet at Murray High School.
