The search for a new head baseball coach at Todd County Central is getting underway. Jim Daigle, who has served as coach for the past two seasons, has told YourSportsEdge.Com that he will be retiring as head baseball coach, and ROTC instructor, at Todd County Central at the end of the school year.
Daigle’s record over his two-year stint is 20-29. The 2023 Rebels went 12-14 and won the 4th Region All A Classic. They would be knocked out of the small school tournament last year in the sectional round, falling to Owensboro Catholic 5-1.
Daigle took over for Greg Shelton, who left the position after the 2022 season.
