One of the best performances of the summer on the golf course Wednesday for Todd County Central’s Noah Rager. The sophomore picked up a Top 5 finish at the Bluegrass Golf Tour stop at Crosswinds Golf Course, in Bowling Green.
Rager shot a 39 on the front nine and then followed that up with a 37 on the backside to complete his day with a round of 76. That score put him in a three-way tie for 5th place with Dai’Shaun Flippin, of Franklin, and Ryan Loiars, of Bowling Green.
Eli Stamper, of Scottsville, was the medalist in the event, finishing with a round of 1-under par 71. Davis Switzer, of Russellville, and Braeden Furlong, of Glasgow, tied for second two shots back at 73.
