The Madisonville Lady Maroons began the 2024 golf season with an eighth-place finish at the Daviess County Invitational, played at the Pearl Club in Owensboro on Monday.
Addison Melton led the Lady Maroons with a round of 99, knocking 11 shots off her front nine score to the back.
Reagan Ramsey shot a 114, followed by Emma Duncan’s 117 and Josie Morris’ 118.
Daviess County’s Claire Reynolds took medalist honors with a 2-under 70.
South Warren edged Bowling Green to take the team title.
