The Lyon County golf team opened the 2024 season with a 13th-place finish at the Trigg County Invitational, held Thursday at Lake Barkley’s Boots Randolph Golf Course.
The Lyons put seven golfers on the course with the four lowest scores counting toward the team score of 373.
Cooper Collins had the low score for the Lyons at 88. Colton Gobin carded a 91 and Jonah Ramey shot a 96. Issac DeFew added a 98 followed by Cohen Wiggins (100), Jake Cowan (106), and Carson Collins (108).p
