Chris Fletcher says he wants to build a winning culture with the Todd County Central football team.
The Rebels have been around .500 the last few years, finishing each of the past two seasons at 5-6.
Fletcher made his comments last Saturday at the High School Football Media Day hosted by the Planters Bank-Jennie Stuart Health Sportsplex in Hopkinsville.
