
Struggling to find the net was a problem for the Hopkinsville Tigers Saturday as they wrapped up the soccer preseason. The Tigers went on the road to take on Central Hardin in their second of two preseason scrimmages.
The Bruins, who came within a single goal of the 5th Region championship last season, pitched a shutout on defense and had their offense rolling as they picked up a 7-0 win over the Tigers.
The Tigers have scored one goal in their two preseason scrimmages against Mayfield and Central Hardin.
Hopkinsville now gets ready to officially get the 2024 soccer season started Monday evening when they go on the road to take on Murray.
