It’s what you might call ‘coming out firing’ for the team based at the home of the 101st Airborne Division. In a solid outing to open the 2024 girls’ high school soccer season, the Fort Campbell Lady Falcons rolled past the Russellville Lady Panthers 8-0 victory.

The match was a showcase of offensive prowess from the Lady Falcons Anna Allen, who left the Russellville defense scrambling, finishing with six goals.

Daniela Hernandez and Alexa Aubuchon each contributed a goal, rounding out the scoring for Fort Campbell.

The offensive onslaught was supported by a series of well-placed shots on goal from Abby Allen, who had two attempts, Payton Lopez with one, and Mylah Sawyer, who tested the Russellville goalkeeper three times.

On the defensive end, Avaley Moore was a fortress in goal, making saves to ensure a clean sheet for Fort Campbell.

Fort Campbell (1-0) gets back to action Monday on the road at University Heights.
