This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of August 12 is University Heights Academy’s Conlee Lindsey. Conlee was selected based on her performance at this year’s 2nd Region All A Classic girls’ golf tournament.

Conlee birdied her final two holes to finish out her round strong with a 2-over par 74. She finished nine shots ahead of second place Lilly Perry of Lyon County. It marks the third straight All A regional title for Conlee.

Her performance helped the Lady Blazers repeat as All A Region champions, a trophy they have brought home to the Academy Drive trophy case four straight years and six of the last seven.

The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Christian County, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game or event for their team that week.
