Trigg Volleyball Drops to 0-2 with Loss to Livingston

Livingston Central and Trigg County both entered Tuesday night’s volleyball match have lost their season-openers on Monday night. So, one of them was going to be .500 by the time the night came to an end.

Turned out that the Lady Cardinals would get the upper hand and pick up the win over the Lady Wildcats to drop Trigg to 0-2 on the young season, while Livingston Central evened its mark at 1-1.

There were some positives for the Lady Wildcats coming out of the match.

Grace Carver led the Trigg effort with 4 kills, 13 attacks, 1 block, 3 digs, and 2 aces. Chloe Adams finished with 5 assists and, 3 digs.

Carmen Boyd also had a solid night with 1 ace, 3 kills, and 5 digs.

The Lady Wildcats will look for their first win of the season Thursday night when they host the Union County Bravettes in Wildcat Gym.
