Russellville Hands Trigg County 3-0 Road Loss

Struggles to find the net continue to plague the Trigg County Wildcats. Trigg was shutout for the fourth straight match Thursday evening as the Wildcats fell to Russellville 3-0.

The Panthers got two goals from JaCoveon Temple-Dickerson and another goal from Eli Flippin in picking up their 4th straight win and seventh of the season.

Alex Riley, Riley Hatfield, and Cristian Rangel had one assist each for the Panthers.

Cameron McCormick had 12 saves in goal for the Wildcats.

Defensively, it was the third straight zero the Panthers have put on the board in the opponent’s scoring column and the fifth shutout on the year.

Trigg County (0-4-1) goes back on the road Tuesday to take on Webster County.

Russellville (7-1) hosts Owensboro Catholic Saturday morning.
