The struggle to score goals continued Tuesday evening for the Trigg County Wildcats. The Wildcats made the trip to Dixon Tuesday evening and fell to the Webster County Trojans 2-0.
The loss was the 5th straight for Trigg County. In all five of those losses, the Wildcats have been shutout by their opponent.
The last goals for the Wildcats came in a 3-3 tie against Hopkins County Central in the season opening match at the Trigg County Recreation Complex.
For Webster County, the win ended a four-match losing streak that went back to a 2-1 win over Paducah Tilghman on August 19.
Trigg County will look for its first win Thursday evening on the road at the Stadium of Champions as the Wildcats take on the Hopkinsville Tigers.
