Less than 48 hours before they square off in the semifinals of the 2nd Region All A Classic volleyball tournament, the Fort Campbell Lady Falcons and the Livingston Central Lady Cardinals met on the volleyball court Thursday evening. The Lady Cardinals made the trip to post looking for just their second win of the season.
The Lady Falcons had the upper hand in this one, taking a 3 to 1 win over the Lady Cardinals.
Bailey Backes, Emily Ramsey, D’Lyla Melton, and Amanda Kalili-Liusa all had six kills each for the Lady Falcons. Melton also had three blocks.
Kalili-Liusa and Ramsey had big nights setting the table for the Lady Falcons with 14 and 11 assists respectively.
Olivia Voelkel led Fort Campbell in digs with 10.
Fort Campbell (2-3) and Livingston Central (1-6) play in Saturday morning’s second All A Classic regional semifinal at Heritage Christian.
