HCA Warriors Place 10th at Calloway Invitational

Heritage Christian Academy scored a tenth-place finish at Saturday’s Calloway County Invitational in Murray.

Eighth-grader Levi Johnston led HCA with a 30th-place finish. He covered the 3.1-mile course in 19:39, breaking the 20-minute barrier for the first time.

Cadyn Travis finished in 43rd place with a personal best time of 20:28 while Aaron Hensley was 53rd in 21:10.

Josh Farmer finished 77th in 22:24, a personal best, and Ryan Goforth was 112th in 25:33, also a new low time.

University Heights Academy’s Cole Glover won the race in a time of 17:14.

As a team, HCA had 281 points and finished in 10th place, two points ahead of Hickman County and 14 ahead of Murray.

Genna Calhoun was the lone Lady Warrior to run in the varsity race. She finished in 28th place with a personal best time of 26:17.
