The Todd County Central Lady Rebels will have to wait until the beginning of October for another chance to put that doggone streak to an end. Logan County, one of the teams expected to contend for the 4th Region championship, kept their run going against the Lady Rebels with a straight set win Tuesday night in Russellville.
The Lady Cougars took the opening set Tuesday night 25-16 to go up 1-0 in the match.
Todd County Central forced the Lady Cougars to work in the second, but it was still Logan County that came out on top 25-20, taking a two set to none lead in the match.
The third set was all Logan County as the Lady Cougars closed out the match with a 25-10 win.
The win was the 3rd straight for the Lady Cougars.
Todd County Central falls to 6-7 with the loss. The Lady Rebels return to the court Thursday evening when they host the Christian County Lady Colonels.
