Lady Maroons Get Another Shutout in Win Over Webster

The defense for the Madisonville-North Hopkins Lady Maroons is on a bit of a roll right now. The Lady Maroons came up with their sixth shutout in their last seven matches Thursday evening as they rolled past Webster County 13-0.

It was a short night for the Lady Maroons on their home field as the match ended at the half due to the 8-goal rule.

Madison Hill had another big night for Madisonville-North Hopkins, finishing with four goals. Kailey Barber added two more as nine different Lady Maroons found the net.

McKinley Wilson, Kaytee Parish, Anna Sampson, Brooklyn McCracken, Hadley Hodges, Taylor Barber, and Brylee Baumgardner, all scored a goal for Madisonville-North Hopkins.

Kailey Barber and Brylee Baumgardner had two assists in the win. Taylor Barber, Macy Wright, Hannah McKinsey, and Madison Hill added one each.

The Lady Maroons outshot the Lady Trojans 22 to 0 for the night.

Madisonville-North Hopkins improves to 9-3-1 for the season. The Lady Maroons now get ready for a big home field showdown with the Bowling Green Lady Purples Tuesday night.
